I've been subscribed for quite some time but I haven't really spent time listening to these posts. What you've said in the details are absolutely true- there's so much tension going on right now, and we all need time to really step away and find ourselves instead of getting caught in the spiral of anxiety and tension that has encapsulated all of us!
Agreed! The external world is difficult to control/sway, but our relationship to ourselves (and the world) can change, in an instant, individually. In my opinion, the most nourishing methods are simple and low tech: walking, breathing, gazing, laughing, swimming, drawing, gardening, baking, yoga, etc... I've found it hard to break some habits, but now appreciate the slow steady reward of the new ones.
