Hi everyone, this is another brief mindfulness based meditation- noticing the sensations of breathing. I’m keeping this short because some folks have a hard time sustaining attention, shorter sessions are more accessible.

I’ve found mindfulness adaptable to different situations (for example, one might pay attention to the breath while on a check out line). When the mind is over active, its helpful to engage the body. Yoga may be used in this way (focus on the sensations of asana practice), this meditation is an example of how senses associated with breath can be an object of attention.
